Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige GuestPass/Val Gardena Guest Pass/Mobil Card (consequently Guest Pass) will be issuedto the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regionalgovernment No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well asfrom 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.•The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil”network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourismorganization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info•The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium,appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the abovedecision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Associationof Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of theadditional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use ofthe Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing andmanaging the Guest Pass. Check-in: Apartments are available for occupancy on arrival day after 2 p.m. If you expect to arrive after 7 p.m., please phone us in advance.
Check-out: Please vacate your holiday apartment by 9:30 a.m. of your departure day!
Payment options: We ask that guests settle their bill either in cash, with card or by bank transfer.
Reservations are only valid and binding when they have been confirmed by us in writing, and when we have received a deposit as a guarantee. In the event of cancelation, this deposit will be withheld.
Cancelations: There exist no rescission rights as stipulated in the Consumer Protection Act – however, we do grant the following cancelation conditions:
In the event of cancellation more than three months before the date of arrival, only the deposit will be retained; no further costs will be incurred.
Cancelations received later than the aforementioned time frame are subject to the following cancelation charges:• up to one month prior to scheduled arrival: 40% of the total package price
• from one month to one week prior to scheduled arrival: 70% of the total package price
• cancelations received less than one week prior to scheduled arrival: 90% of the total package price
• in the event of delayed arrival or premature departure: we will be obliged to charge you the full price of the stay.
